Annual fee = OxT + PxVxT, there
O - attendance price - NOK / facility
P - price for emptying and treatment - NOK / m³ by type of facility:
a) Sludge separator
b) Tight tank
c) Mini treatment plant
V - tank volume - m3, minimum 4 m3
T - emptying frequency - emptying / year (for emptying every 4 years T = 1/4)
- Difficult availability: 50% surcharge on attendance price
- Lack of preparation: 100% surcharge on attendance price
- Extra emptying: 75% surcharge on attendance price
- Emergency emptying: 250% surcharge on attendance price
