Errors in connection with sending invoices

In connection with the change of supplier for invoicing services, we have unfortunately experienced some unforeseen problems.

This mainly applies to customers who have the combination direct debit and e-invoice. These may have experienced receiving two invoices. You who are affected by this problem should, of course only pay one of them.

We in ReMidt IKS is very sorry for this and is working intensely to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. If you have still managed to pay too much, it will be deducted on the next invoice. If you want to get it back, you have to contact our customer center.

Some other unforeseen challenges have also arisen, albeit to a lesser extent, in connection with the change of supplier for invoicing services. We strongly apologize to those customers who have been affected by this, and we do everything we can to prevent such unfortunate situations in the future. For us as a supplier of statutory waste disposal services, we are very unhappy that you as a customer of ours experience errors that are our responsibility.
